Prof Rita Heimes recently gave a presentation on ?Pro bono Patent Service and Legal Education? at the 5th Anniversary Gala of the Center for Intellectual Property at Drake University Law School. Among those in attendance were patent lawyers at firms and Fortune 500 companies, as well as Chief Judge Randall Rader of the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
