- Monthly/YTD Actual vs. Budget analysis & reports for local management and Controllers
- Develop and coordinate Forecast, Budget, Long Range Planning and?Stretegy.
- Create Budget Presentations for local and executive management review
- Address Staff related accounting issues/questions/analysis and provide guidance to unit
- Manage Delegation of Authority documents for Corporate HR
- Generate and submit performance data related to annual pay for performance assessment cycle
- Develop and report on functional metrics/ scorecard
- Coordinate and manage HR sponsored charitable contributions budget
- Ensure efficient and effective processes for functional HR communications (Town Halls, Newsletters, One-Liners, others as appropriate)
- Facilitate and develop effective agendas for HRLT staff meetings
- Provide support and serve as liaison between communications and HRLT for fact book, sustainable development report, annual report, etc.
- Coordinate, communicate and report on corporate and HR diversity efforts
- Attend network leads monthly meetings and serve as liaison between employee groups and HR VP
- Provide ad-hoc presentation support for HR VP
- Co-lead steering committee to review technology projects
- Special requests/projects as needed
?? Basic/Required:
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Bachelor?s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years experience?in Finance
- Experience with Global SAP, Business Warehouse, Essbase, PowerPoint, Excel
- Excellent analytical &?critical thinking skills
